- Making of invoices Delivery Note and Sales Tax Invoice, and sending to the clients.
- Making Tenders and parts quotations.
- Maintain receivable work sheet.
- Recording All Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Cash Transaction in Accounting Software.
- Perusing the receivables thru telephonic conversation as well as reminders letters.
- Maintain ledger of A/C receivable.
- Preparation of monthly sales tax list.
- Coordinate with Finance Manager for Import matters.
- Providing supports to Manager Salaries / Correspondence Bank documents.
